My first beautiful favourite is two beautiful cook books. Towards the end of the year, I found that i was more aware of what i eat and my general health and well being. Although i am not a vegan, I LOVE the food that vegans eat. It is so much more interesting! Deliciously Ella is definitely my fave so far out the ones that I have tried. Her sweet potato brownies are SO GOOD! Eat beautiful is not a vegan recipe book. It is based on eating foods that are good for your skin and general health. It has detailed information on the staple ingredients used which I found so interesting to read! I so recommend you pick these beauties up - you will thank me later!
Continuing with food, I have been enjoying discovering really healthy tasty snacks and am in love with these. Both are made from chickpeas. The Hippeas are like a healthy version of wotsits- I don't know how else to describe them! There are a range of flavours available but the sweet and smoky are a firm favourite!
If you dislike hummus (I am not with you on that!), don't be mislead by the name. These hummus chips are again, made from chickpeas but are actually tomato and basil flavour, not hummus flavour. These are a great snack when I am craving food but without the guilt!
Following on from food, I am going to talk beauty. As I am obsessed with trying out new make up, many of my family members kindly gifted me beauty items for Christmas. First on the list of favourites is my morphe 35t palette! I have been wanting one of these for so long and now I finally have one - YAY! They are such amazing quality and are so pigmented. You won't believe the price! They are so affordable which makes me fall in love with morphe products even more!
Anther make up item i have been loving, and wearing non stop is the body shop liquid lipstick in shade Windsor Rose! First of all I need to talk about the smell. It has the most amazing scent ever! This shade is so wearable and the formula is not drying at all. That saying, it doesn't last as long as others but I don't care - for the price, smell and shade, I don't mind re-applying it a few times!
Another beauty favourite is this Sally Hansen gel nail polish in the shade 220 Cafe Au Lait. Sally Hansen as a brand are a favourite of mine as their polishes last do much longer than any other polishes I have purchased. This colour is so pretty and a really natural shade which makes it so wearable. As it is a gel nail polish, it is longer lasting than your average polish, it also looks quite like you have got gel nails that have been done at a salon - YES PLEASE!!
Now, onto skincare. I have always wanted to try clinique products but I never got round to actually investing in any of their skincare. However, for Christmas, I was given their new pep start range! My top favourite from this range is their hydro blur moisturiser. It does exactly what its called - it hydrates your skin and I found that imperfections on my skin were blurred out really well. The main reason I love this moisturiser is that it sinks in so quick and doesn't make my skin more oily like other moisturisers.
Another favourite of this range is their 2 in 1 cleanser. Ater using this for a couple of weeks, my skin is so much clearer! I am positive it is because of this!
My last beauty favourite is this balance me instant lift pore minimiser. It is so good at minimising pores and doesn't feel too heavy. I find that my make up stays on much longer when I use this too!
Last but definitely not least, I decided that I would add in my fave blogger of the month as I love so many and they inspire Tia and I to create great content as well as make us fall in love with so many great products! My favourite blogger of December and, lets be honest, my favourite blogger EVER is Em Sheldon. She is ultimate fitness inspo and gives me so much motivation to work out and be healthy (it's all about BALANCE)! If you want workout moves, an inside on the best products available, tips and tricks, travel inspo and even more then you should check out her blog and her YouTube channel. She is such a happy and interesting person. I never get bored reading her posts and I love finding out what she is getting up to!
