What's In My Make Up Bag

Make up can be such a personal subject and seeing the products in a persons make up bags that holds their most loved and used products is so interesting to me. I find when reading these types of posts, I can tell that the product is so well used by the blogger and how much they value it as they use it nearly everyday! Here are my essentials that I couldn't live without and am most likely wearing!

1. Rimmel Wake Me Up Concealer (010/Ivory) - First up is probably the one that I love the most! This concealer is really brightening under the eyes and also adds great coverage. I find it so hard to indulge in a high end concealer when this one is SO amazing for the price! Any recommendations? I might give one a go and see if it is as good as this one! - It's hard to beat!

3. Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolour (630/Seduction) - I haven't had this liquid lipstick for long but the reason I bought it was because I wanted to see if a drugstore liquid lipstick was just as good as a high end one (e.g Kylie Lip Kits). I have to say that this doesnt last as long as some high end ones I have tried but I dont mind as this one is definitely not drying on the lips and it is the most beautiful pinky nude shade!

4. Clinique Pep-start Hydroblur moisturiser - So I have mentioned this before in my December Favourites but I had to mention it again as it is ALWAYS in my make up bag! It is especially great for summer as it is cooling on the skin and it gives moisture without making the skin oily. This is by far the best moisturiser that I have ever tried!

5. Body Shop Matte Lip Liquid (032/Windsor Rose) - Again, I have mentioned this product in my December Favourites but to be honest it is a continued favourite all year through! It is the most moisturising liquid lipstick I have ever tried, it smells AMAZING, and it is the most beautiful shade! Win win if you ask me!

6. Body Shop All-In-One BB Cream (00) - So I have been using this BB cream for a few years now and I still love it as much as I did when I first discovered it! I have gone through a few tubes but they do last very well as I only use a couple of squirts. I love how weightless this formula feels on my skin. One slight criticism, I wish their lightest shade was a bit lighter as it can sometimes look too dark on my pale skin depending on how much product I use.

7. Barry M Blink Waterproof Eyeliner (Black) - Although I am not a big fan of wearing eyeliner and have not quite mastered the technique of appling it, when i do decide to wear eyeliner, I love this one! It is waterproof so doesn't budge throughout the day. I find it is quite easy to apply the liner with this brush and it lasts very well!

8. Nuxe Ultra Nourishing Lip Balm - I have always suffered from dry lips and I have also never found a lip balm that really works until now! This lip balm is made from honey and precious oils which moisturise my lips so well. I usually apply it onto my lips after applying moisturiser to my face and let it sink in while doing the rest of my make up before putting on and lipstick or lip gloss.

8. Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder (001/Transparent) - This powder is an all round great product. I wear the transparent one as I am so pale that any coloured one will usually make me look orange. It is great at mattifying the skin and is great for the price!

9. Rimmel Lasting Finish 25hr Nude SPF 20 Foundation (010/Light Porcelain) - Although I will usually wear my Body Shop BB Cream, when I want higher coverage, this is the only foundation that I have tried that I think doesn't stop my skin from breathing but also covers all the areas of my skin well. It is a really well priced foundation and lasts really well with just the powder that I have mentioned above!

10. Clinique Pep-start Eye Cream -

11. Benefit Roller Lash Mascara - This is my favourite benefit product and definitely my favourite mascara. My favourite park about this mascara is that although it still lengthens and curls my lashes, it doesn't make them look clumpy at all. If you like to make your lashes look natural when applying mascara, give this one a go!

I hope you enjoyed having a look inside my make up bag! What are your make up bag essentials?
