As it is getting warmer and sunnier here in the UK, I think we should all be making the most of it by spending as much time as we can outside - including when we exercise! There is no excuse now, find a fairly large area of outside space (garden/park/beach...) and complete these moves to target certain areas you want and to make the most of the area you have! I haven't included weights so that anyone can complete these exercises but feel free to add weights to get more out of your workout!

DO 3 SETS - depending on how advanced you are, you can do more but attempt at least 2 sets.

I hope you enjoy these workouts if you give them a go. I woudl like to point out that I am not a fitness expert and I advise that you should talk to one if you want to get more information and workouts that are tailored to you. I find these ones really enjoyable and they work for me. Have fun giving them a go and try your best to make the most out of your summer by going outside and doing lots of exercise!
