Quick Healthy Pizza Recipe

As I am trying to cut out unhealthy food, I decided to see if I could make a pizza that is much healthy than your average shop bought or take-out pizza. However, many healthy pizzas can take a lot of time and honestly I need to make it quick! So I came across a recipe on the amazing Carly Rowena's blog and decided to give it a go! The result? Healthy heaven!
As directed on her blog post, all you have to do is get a tortilla (I chose wholemeal to up the healthiness!) then smear on some tomato puree, spray with one cal spray, add another tortilla, more tomato puree and then next is the fun part! Choose whichever toppings you like to go on top! I change it up each time depending on what I fancy and what is available in the fridge! This time I added half of a chicken breast and peppers. I then sprinkled on dried oregano and basil. I decided not to put cheese on as I am limiting my dairy intake, hoping to cut it out eventually. This is the best part about making your own pizza, you can put literally anything you want on it! Then all you need to do is pop it in the oven for 10-15 minutes on 190c! Enjoy!
