My fave workout apps

Although I love working out at the gym, working out at home is often way easier! It's basically free and you don't need any costs of a gym membership or travelling costs, whilst I just find it more comfortable and kinda less pressurising to work out in my own home. Doing your own moves is always great but I definitely prefer having an app that gives me a planned structure to my workout where I can vary the moves every time. So, after a lot of use of many different apps, I've come up with the ones I always go back to!

1. P4P Abs Workout: This is an app specific to toning your abs and building up your abdominal muscles. I love this app because it has SO many different workouts! You can vary the length, as it provides sequences from around 3 mins if you're short of time to much longer times! You can also vary the intensity which I think is great as I began with the easier workouts and built it up from there. For example there's one workout consisting of three levels!

2. SWORKIT: SWORKIT has multiple apps by which you can download the ones specific to what you want to focus your workout on. For example you can choose from abs, butt, stretching and loads more! Personally I've found the SWORKIT abs app is slightly lower intensity than the P4P app, so I think this one is perfect for beginners or if you'd rather have a body-part specific workout. The app also provides a variety of different workouts, albeit less than P4P.

3. Asana Rebel: This is a yoga app which I absolutely adore. You can use this app free with a few yoga sequences, however you do have to pay to unlock most features. However, I think paying is worth it! The app gives you so many different courses that allow you to build strength, lose weight, tone your body or whatever you want! The tutorials are super amazing too, and almost every workout is different, and I think variety in workouts are super important!
